  1. Have business cards handy for distribution at events.
  2. Have a speaker banner created specifically for your business.
  3. Practice smiling and watch posture in the mirror before the event.
  4. Exercise prior to speaking to get the adrenaline flow.
  5. Quietly tell yourself you will be a huge success.
  6. Create programs to be offered after you speak.
  7. Showcase product at your table.
  8. Provide handouts at the start of your talk.
  9. Share stories and answer questions where appropriate.
  10. Celebrate Success!
