Institute of Management Consultants USA Elects Juan Negroni As Chair & CEO.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida — The Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA) announces the election of Juan A. Negroni as Chair and CEO of IMC USA. A resident of Weston, Connecticut, he is the first Cuban-born Chair in IMC's 50-year history.
"Negroni said, "As a candidate for chair, my commitment was to work on enhancing our organization's marketing, embracing innovation, and to go to all chapters across the nation to listen first hand to our members' ideas." His first trip was to IMC USA's Chicagoland chapter. Other chapter visits are planned. He added, "It's an honor to be entrusted with guiding IMC USA through its 50th anniversary year and into the future…and to ensure our mission and purpose remains relevant to a diverse membership of individual management consulting practitioners, firms and industry thought leaders globally."
As a consultant, Negroni has advised companies in connecting and re-connecting with team members before, during, and after labor strife and organizational change. Prior to his election as IMC USA's Chair and CEO, he served on its Board as Directors and as Chair of the Governance Committee. Moreover, he oversaw IMC USA's online C2MLive! webinar program, and was a leader of IMC USA's Reason for Being Community Platform strategic initiative.
An international bilingual speaker-facilitator and a published writer, his Who We Are columns appear monthly in Hearst's eight dailies in Connecticut. A professional member of the National Speakers Association, NSA, he served as a past President of NSA and IMC USA Chapters, and as chair of his community's Board of Education.
For 50 years IMC USA has been the premiere professional association and sole certifying body dedicated to individuals consulting to management.
