A diverse selection of grocery lists, menu planners and other helpful shopping-related forms have been added to the website FreePrintableGroceryList.com.
"The 24 new grocery lists, menu planners and other printables will help people get organized in the kitchen and at the supermarket," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "This site has expanded since its launch in 2008 to include not just grocery lists but packing lists, holiday to-do lists and more."
Everything at the site is free to download and print.
The specialty grocery lists category has expanded to include more lists based on special diets based on health conditions or food sensitivities. There are also new food lists, including glycemic index information and a sample "exchange" list for people with diabetes.
Newly added ingredient substitutions lists can be printed out to reference. These are convenient when baking or cooking for someone with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
FreePrintableGroceryList.com also has new lists with suggested quantities for two, three or five people. There's also a "what's in the fridge" guide to help avoid food waste.
The grocery lists now include blank lists with three, four or six small lists on one page, ideal for quick trips to the store and a contrast to the site's most popular printable, a Master Grocery List.
Other new additions include: a meal cost analysis, a dining out and grocery costs tracker and a freezer meals menu planner.
"As always, everything at the site is free to download and print in PDF or editable DOC form," Savetz said.
There are nearly 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
