We are helping a leading-edge medical technology company recruit up to 10 individuals with afib to provide feedback and input on a NEW, INNOVATIVE product they’re developing for treating afib.
Participation will consist of two phases:
  1. An individual Zoom interview about your thoughts on current afib treatments, initial impression of the new product, and your input on the product design. This Zoom interview will take approximately 30 minutes of your time.
  2. A focus group to hear the collective results of the individual interviews and provide initial impressions of the design changes due to the input received. The focus group will be held in person at the StopAfib.org Get in Rhythm. Stay in Rhythm. Atrial Fibrillation Patient Conference in August. The focus group will take approximately 60 minutes and will not interfere with any of the conference activities. (It will likely be a breakfast meeting on Saturday, August 6, 2022, before the conference sessions start. If circumstances change, the focus group could be held virtually via Zoom.)
The organizing company will provide a gift card following the completion of each study phase ($100 for completing phase 1 and $250 for completing phase 2).
If you apply to participate in the study, the company is asking that you commit to participating in both phases.
Please use the link below to answer a short survey about your afib to determine if the study is a fit for you. At the end, you will be asked for your email address so you can be notified as to whether or not you have been selected to participate in the study.
