The female advantage in turbulent times
In times of crisis, when people are panicked, they go to whom they trust, whom they really have a strong relationship with, and shy away from all others.
This is where women have an advantage, and can keep playing it: they're naturally better at relationship-building, specifically the following "soft" skills:
- they're better listeners (countless studies have shown this)
-they're better at reading body language: women hear more distinct voice-tones than men do; read facial expressions quicker (as quickly as 17 mili-seconds!)
-they're more natural at nurturing relationships
If men don't learn these tools, they'll quickly be left behind in the decades to come!
Fortunately, through behavioral science, every one of these tools can be learnt.
