Resilience
My dentist’s office, which normally repairs cracked and grinded teeth about ten times a year, is now doing that ten times a month. People need calm, confidence, and comfort. So do businesses. That’s the value we need to be providing.
Richard Citrin and I wrote a book a couple of years ago titled, The Resilience Advantage, and both of us have created intellectual property on how to create and sustain resilience. We believe it’s a learnable skill and it’s more needed now than ever.
