Folks, if you are asked to pay to have a feature story or article in some magazine, foreign or domestic, it's a scam. The circulation is not what they claim, they often use the name of a far more popular publication as a ruse, but most of all everyone knows that the people included paid to be in there and it's one large advertising circular with zero credibility. Save your money and tuck your ego away. If you can't legitimately publish in the media on your own, maybe you don't have enough interesting things to say. Work on that.
