Most of you know that I was fired when I was CEO of a behavioral consulting firm. We strove to validate the tests we used and developed. I've been a cynic about “commercialized” testing ever since, and especially about DISC and MBTI (the latter created by a Pennsylvania housewife with no psychological background).

I submit below the ideal job for an INTJ, of which I am one, and then today's horoscope for a Pisces, of which I am also one:

MBTI

The job with the highest projected growth rate for the INTJ personality type is Data Scientist, which is expected to see a remarkable 36% increase in employment opportunities by 2033. This aligns well with the INTJ's strengths in analysis, long-term vision, and strategic problem-solving.

Insights from recent analysis indicate that INTJs, known as “The Architect,” thrive in roles where they can develop innovative solutions and leverage deep knowledge in complex systems. The report highlights that Data Scientist not only tops the growth chart for INTJs but also offers high salaries and stability, as supported by U.S. Department of Labor projections. Beyond Data Science, INTJs are also well-suited for other roles in technology, engineering, and academia, but none match the explosive growth forecasted in the data science field according to a comprehensive survey of both employer needs and Myers-Briggs personality fit.

Horoscope

The Full Moon in Cancer and your house of creativity, entertainment, and romance indicates that big-time joy may be in store, but only if you trust yourself enough to follow your heart. A Venus-nodes alignment warns against being too eager to please and always putting others’ needs and desires first. Your friends, family, or a love interest may have their own ideas about what you should devote your time to, but only you know what will fulfill you. You can worry about the future tomorrow. For now, dare to live in the moment and do what you want to do!
