            The song is one of a series, which author, filmmaker, and songwriter Gini Graham Scott has been writing, to help people feel better in these difficult times.  She has posted these songs on YouTube and all over the social media.

            Other songs in the series are about how to fight against the virus and feel better, different ways to use social distancing, using mindful meditation to relax, and reaching out to others to feel better.  Also songs are about staying calm and collected, telling yourself you can do it, thinking about the future, tapping into your memories, learning new rules, and coming up with new plans and ideas to adjust to the times.
