Jim DiCesare from CFS Clinical Receives the Star Developer Award

"The Star Developer Awards recognize individuals who help others grow, learn, and become leaders," said Shawn Kent Hayashi, founder of The Professional Development Group and author of Conversations for Creating Star Performers. "By being an outstanding mentor, manager, leader, or guide to others, we develop our future leaders as star performers."

The Professional Development Group, a leadership development consulting firm, acknowledged five executives who received the 2012 Star Developer awards in recognition of their work to develop future leaders. Jim DiCesare, vice president and general manager of contract and regulatory services for CFS Clinical, was one of the five recipients.

Kelly Morello, vice president human resources and administration, CFS Clinical, said she nominated Jim DiCesare for this award because of "his outstanding qualities including being approachable, charismatic, caring, honest, open, dedicated, passionate, funny, enthusiastic, confident, and the way he approaches his work is motivating and inspiring to others. Jim shares with all employees, not just his direct reports, areas where they are doing well and areas for further development. He also asks employees about their career interests and then intertwines them with the company's goals."
