From the New York Times this morning:

“Park regulations require visitors to stay at least 25 yards, or about 75 feet, away from bison at all times.”

Apparently, the Times editors don't think very much of their readers who need to be told there are three feet in a yard. I bet even the bison can make that conversion in their heads.
