This is my TEDx Coaching Client Sarah Gaer, and her TEDx is only 9 minutes long. The maximum is 18 minutes, and there is no minimum. The average is somewhere close to 15 minutes. Once you've done your TEDx, its easy (with help if you need it) to stretch it to a 45-60 minute keynote, many of my coaching clients have. Once you have your keynote, speaking only web page, one-pager, a book, and a podcast, and all your speaker social media pages, you're ready to start charging $5K to speak, as my coaching clients are. Now is a good time to start applying for that first TEDx.
