BAM 6.6 was screened at the Red Thread Fundraiser last week.

Whether a harrowing tale, that awakens the heart or an occasion to look for commitments in the new year.  The year end event ened with a powerful announcement.  Kids First at So Cal will soon celebrate its new site, capable of serving up to 100 kids.

While you can be receiving your tax exempt benefits from underwriting children's academic tutoring and enrichment programs either in the classroom or at The Legends Gym this December for your year end deduction for the next few days, the contractors are building the new site.

The time is now to reach out and help!

Parents who cannot afford this important service need sponsors for children to have annual scholarships in order to go to work.  Kids need the extra time on task and socio-emotive support to reach for the stars.  Although we speak many languages at home, Standard Academic English and Math are still the currency by which we predict success and Kids First of So Cal at Billy Blanks training center opening this January 8th will be ready to empower young learners building brains and bodies in new and time proven ways.

Based on working with Child Care Resource Services and with LAUSD parents, Mrs. Reichbach's program is life changing for the 4-11 year olds who attend.

Join us by sending in your donations to sponsor one week per child at $85.00 to a year of services by the child or by group scholarship gifts.  You can use PayPal, Network for Good, and United Way of Great Los Angeles, call us at 818-742-5099 or find out about the program by calling 818-517 3651 and talking about your child.

We will be looking to match our designated funds to cover our relocation and its expanding service possibilities.

We launched a Red Thread Boxing Day screening at the Bollywood #2 Restaurant co marking with the Red Cross Blood Drive at Sherman Oaks Hospital and raised 30 units for the day.   The event both preannounced our move and reviews from parents from Plummer Elementary.

While you are writing your check or sending us an auto transfer, our older students might already be preparing both students and Teachers to be registering to put their STEM data into GLOBE apps in order to qualify for badges and potentially for stipends if they qualify by their research to head with GLOBE to the annual conference this 2018 in Killarney!

We celebrated, made connections, commemorated, and shopped at our December 26th screening of BAM 6.6 thanks to Jahangir Golestan-Parast's generosity and enjoyed the Celtic musical mimes thanks to Pauric Dolan.  Charles Sherman showed his new sculptures New Education Options began to promote both his large Xs and Os sculpture and his new silver jewelry.  Thanks to VeggieDome and the Mary Foundation as well as the STEM guitar building program, the nonprofit showed those attending a great time with Indian refreshments, artisan chocolate, and a sense of purpose for 2018.  Serve more children, expand the center, help schools be healthier by school ready children and add a dynamic spin to learning that makes studying and school memorable and the kind of sticky that builds new leaders, scientists, designers, makers from year round services that include enrichment, tutoring and now exercise and programs that build self-esteem, focus and young bodies as well as minds
