Did you know that feeling sexy and confident begins with what is inside of your head? How you are on the outside depends on how you feel on the inside. So how are you feeling at the moment? Healthy, happy, and powerful or tired, sad, lonely, and lost? I really can’t go too deeply into this topic since it will take me writing a book and I am not a therapist, but there is a simple little secret that I apply often or almost daily to change the way I feel and keep my well being positive and my light bright, especially on Friday, the 13th. That little secret is white therapy.

I have shared my thoughts about white in several of my previous posts and how it helps my life and continues to do so. In my own opinion, white stands for purity, innocence, cleanliness, divine light, sensuality, newborn baby, angelic presence, and freedom. Do you feel like there is a lot of darkness surrounding you or in you? If so, how about start applying white into your life daily? Everything begins with baby steps and once you do, ask me for other tips of how you can apply the spiritual cleansing energy of white to make your life happier and simpler.
