My month took a bit of a flip this month with a personal medical emergency out of the blue that stopped my world for a full 72 hours … and now home and I’m in a regroup, step-by-step, moving forward. A new day.

And, isn’t that what we all do when something goes wrong and doesn’t shape up as originally envisioned? Regroup. What do I need to do to restart? What do I need to do to reenergize? What do I not need to do? When and Where do I push the button that shouts out: “move forward” again?
