Here are three things that (regularly) make me giggle:
– So-called social media experts who send me cold pitches promising the wonders they can supposedly do for lead generation and/or election campaigns. All the while they have barely ever won an election and probably make half as much money as I do.
– People who apply for an internship with me and spell my name incorrectly. (On a similar matter, it’s also beyond me how a person that is at least half awake could think that my email address is iperron@perroncampaigns. It’s obviously lperron@perroncampaigns.com, yet people misspell it regularly)
– Politicians who tell me that they believe in surveys. It’s not a matter of belief, but of grasping what a survey reasonably can, and cannot tell you, and how to distinguish sloppy from solid ones.
By the time you read this, I have just won a presidential campaign and celebrate my 46th birthday. I hope it made you giggle and I wish you a great week ahead.
