This belief that people are “ghosting” you is fascinating because if it's common and ongoing the commonality is you, not them. When people don't return calls or email they may be rude (or busy, or forgetful). But if many are doing it to you then you've not been sufficiently interesting or valuable to merit more of their time, and they choose not to waste yet more of their time by telling you that.Take responsibility for poor results and expectations unmet. The probability is overwhelmingly that the cause of the problem is you, not them.
