Since the National Association of Realtors suffered a court defeat of over $400 million for the arbitrary six percent commission on housing sales, the field has become a free-for-all. Realtors now negotiate commissions
downward at the outset, and I receive spam calls and emails from realtors who are local and out of state to sell our rental property (which we are selling), and our residence, which we are NOT selling. One guy promises that if he can't get our price, he'll but the house at that price. I'm sure there are some exceptions to that claim!
This has nothing to do with AI or tariffs or the phase of the moon. It's about challenging conventions that have no logical basis.
Realty has become rugby. Suit up.
