I’m weary of talking to six different people in hotels, with six confusing titles, repeating myself six times, as if they never talk to each other to support my meetings. So I’m now saying, “My requirement is one contact only, who then deals with whomever else is needed in the hotel to support me.” Every time I’ve requested it, it’s been honored. If you don’t ask, you don’t get. This is a competitive landscape, and it’s easy to go “down the block” with your business.
