Which type are you? (This determines where you start)
After working with thousands of people over the years, I’ve noticed something interesting: everyone who comes to soul work falls into one of three categories.
And here’s the thing—each type needs completely different entry points and approaches. Knowing which one you are right now will save you months of spinning your wheels in the wrong direction.

From spark to form to radiant expansion — the stages of soul readiness unfold in the Soul Mechanic’s Garage.
Type 1: The Curious Explorer
You know something’s off, but you can’t quite put your finger on what. Maybe it’s low-level burnout, decision paralysis, or just this nagging sense that life could be… more. You find yourself thinking “Is this all there is?” more often than you’d like to admit.
Curious Explorers often think they need a complete life overhaul when they really just need a good diagnostic. You’re not broken—you’re just running on autopilot and your soul is trying to get your attention.
Type 2: The Committed Seeker
You’ve been doing personal growth work for a while. You’ve got a collection of tools, techniques, and insights, but somehow they don’t add up to the transformation you’re seeking. You’re tired of spiritual shopping and ready for something that actually builds on itself.
Committed Seekers have done the work to know that inner growth matters—you just need a better system for organizing and integrating everything you’ve learned. You’re ready to stop collecting random tools and start building systematically.
Type 3: The Crisis Navigator
Life has taken the wheel and veered off-course. Divorce, death, job loss, health crisis, spiritual emergency, or just that moment when everything you thought you knew about yourself suddenly doesn’t fit anymore.
Crisis Navigators don’t need vision boards or gentle meditation—you need skilled, immediate support that can handle intensity without falling apart. You need someone who understands that crisis is often breakthrough trying to happen.
Which one resonates most with you right now?
Here’s what’s important: you’re not stuck in one category forever. I’ve been all three at different points in my life. The key is knowing where you are now so you can choose the right entry point.
Curious Explorers need to start gently with diagnostics. Committed Seekers need systematic building blocks. Crisis Navigators need immediate, skilled support.
Tomorrow, I’ll give you the exact starting point for each type—no more guessing what to book first.
