Happy Earth Day- This time Science and Earthday simultaneous today when kids and parents celebrate accomplishments and set backs alike.

Time to "March for Science" has begun- Whatever your p.o.v. today in LA county there are a myriad of valuable events full of promise and hard work. From research to practice, from editing and statistics, from great food to books at the LA Times Book Fair....from dough to paper and print, from chemistry to digital devices, from satellites to nano solutions...we thrive from innovations and we will need them for new jobs and answers to our greatest problems.

It matters (that's why people are out talking about it)....…from the vocabulary that will enable children to grow up and work to the issues that Science helps us to address.  You can search nationally or go out to an event today to see people, families, professionals asking that the new administration listen to the Earth and on it its physical and multitudes of scientists to address today's problems and help us with food, water, air, and health just to start.  We've got a warming planet and kids in Science Fairs working on solutions.  Let's watch, listen, learn, and act for our food sustainability, our health, our innovations, our friends in college, and our kids as well as animals, insects, soil, rivers, plants, and of course our dear oceans…. Take a look. Science is once again controversial, but if the day goes as the Marchers hope…that's nothing new and more a reason to come out and enjoy a day with all your fans.  Check the news for the March for Science. Should be informative and fascinating.
