New Jersey Attorney to Discuss"Coaches, Officials, and Concussion:  The Law and The Rules" at National Sports Concussion Symposium in Philadelphia.

Next month, sports and insurance industry and claims executives, attorneys, athletic administrators, coaches, and officials will attend the invitation-only National Sports Concussion Coalition's 3rd Concussion Symposium at the offices of Marsh Risk & Insurance Services in Philadelphia.  Panels will focus on strategies for sports organizations in the wake of rising concussion liability and how to better educate those involved in on the field.  The legal and insurance environment, as well as developments in medical research will be discussed by sports industry experts, including those involved in legal, insurance and medical aspects of sports administration.

Among the speakers will be New Jersey attorney Alan Goldberger, the author of "Sports Officiating: A Legal Guide," and former basketball, baseball, and football official. The faculty will include Lori Windolf Crispo, Area President of RPS Bollinger- Sports & Leisure Insurance, and Attorney Tony Corletto, Partner - Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker.

The National Sports Concussion Coalition is comprised of health professionals and leading organizations across youth, college and pro sports dedicated to advancing the approaches to identify and manage concussions in sports. Participating sponsors for the symposium include the Coalition, Marsh, RPS Bollinger Sports & Leisure Insurance and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker.
