Customer engagement guru Sean O'Driscoll, will join Bill Lee for a Fireside Chat at the 2012 Summit on Customer Engagement

They'll engage with attendees on The Future of Social Media and Customer Reference Programs, a particularly important topic given the seismic changes that social media is creating in the ways that customer advocates can--and do--engage with buyers. 

O'Driscoll is one of the most knowledgeable experts in the world about social media and customer advocacy. He built Microsoft's customer MVP program, co-chairs the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and founded Ants Eye View. "Along with our keynote by Top 10 CMO Scott Olrich, plus our deep-dive Workshops, this will be out strongest Summit yet in terms of rich learning experiences," said Lee.

Lee is the President of Customer Reference Forum and author of the forthcoming Harvard Business Press book, The Hidden Wealth of Customers.
