Monthly Time Cards

Freelancers, small business owners and others who need to track hours worked can make use of the more than 262 time cards at PrintableTimeCards.com.

"The new business cards include a variety of layouts and time-tracking periods," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Each card is free as a PDF to write on by hand, or $7 for a DOC version that can be typed into using Microsoft Word or another compatible program."

The two dozen new cards join the daily, weekly, semi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, six-month and yearly time cards at the site. PrintableTimeCards.com also has versions that allow for multiple rates of pay and calculating overtime.

The new additions include full-page monthly time cards with the month of the year indicated in bold print. Each has space on which to list two work shifts each day and incorporate a break. There's an alternate, easy-to-use layout that's formatted like a calendar.

Also just-added are printable driver logs, which are great for delivery or rideshare drivers who need to track their mileage and other details.

PrintableTimeCards.com also has specialty cards for unusual schedules and time intervals. Some cards are designed for tracking multiple projects or clients. A few are compatible with commercial time clocks. There are also large print time cards, cards for volunteers and mini time cards with several on each sheet.

Each card is available in both free PDF and $7 editable DOC format. The editable version allows users to adjust the template, adding a business name, logo or other details.

For more complex time sheets, including files that can perform calculations, the sister site to PrintableTimeCards.com is PrintableTimeSheets.net.

There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
