Kekst CNC promotes Nicholas Capuano, Ross Lovern and Ashe Reardon to partner and Emma Young to principal. Capuano, Lovern and Reardon were previously principals at the firm, and Young was a senior associate. Capuano specializes in complex financial communications matters and helps lead Kekst CNC’s US investor relations practice. Lovern counsels companies on matters that impact their reputation and public perception. Reardon partners with clients on a range of complex engagements, with a particular focus on protecting and enhancing corporate reputation, advancing business goals, and navigating change. Young has extensive experience in specialized investor relations. “With this cohort of new partners and principals, Kekst CNC is well positioned in the US and around the world to continue helping our clients through this turbulent macro-environment,” said Kekst CNC co-CEO Jeremy Fielding.

DISH Network names Jonathan Sipling, who served as VP marketing for Amazon’s online audiobook and podcast service Audible, as SVP and CMO for retail wireless. Sipling was most recently CRO at Elevate Brands and he has also held marketing leadership positions at Wayfair, Amazon Web Services and adidas. In his new role, Sipling will oversee marketing strategy and operations for Boost Mobile, Boost Infinite and the DISH retail wireless business. “His proven marketing leadership and ability to grow direct-to-consumer businesses is a key addition to the team,” said DISH Wireless president and COO John Swieringa.

The Healthcare Distribution Alliance, which represents primary pharmaceutical distributors, names Elizabeth Baker director of communications. Baker joins HDA from the National Beer Wholesalers Association, where she most recently served as public affairs coordinator. Earlier in her career, she served as a press intern to Sen. Charles Schumer. In her new role, Baker will work to build and extend HDA’s communications platform to showcase the industry’s value proposition as well as the association’s advocacy and policy agenda. “Liz’s combination of media relations, public affairs and government relations background as well as experience in the wholesale distribution space will enhance HDA’s ability to communicate the value of our industry to manufacturers, pharmacies and providers, and ultimately patients,” said HDA senior VP of communications and marketing John Parker.
