Jeff Berardi

Arnold & Porter, which has over 1,000 lawyers practicing in 14 offices worldwide, hires Jeff Berardi as chief business development and marketing officer. Berardi was founder and principal of Berardi Consulting, which merged with Baretz+Brunelle in 2021, at which point Berardi came on as a partner. He has also served as chief marketing & communications officer at Ankura Consulting Group and CMO at K&L Gates. “Jeff’s extensive industry knowledge and global marketing experience will strengthen the firm’s marketing capabilities and provide invaluable insights and direction on emerging opportunities and trends,” said Arnold & Porter chief operating officer Sean Howell.

Jenn Garbach

PNC Financial Services Group appoints Jenn Garbach as CMO. Garbach comes to the company from PayPal, where she was head of marketing transformation & operations. She previously spent a decade at Capital One, holding such leadership posts as director of customer strategy and senior director of digital product management & product marketing management. At PNC, Garbach will oversee brand and line-of-business marketing, paid and social media, direct marketing and all digital marketing strategies. She will also oversee the bank's relationship with Arnold Worldwide, which was recently named PNC's integrated marketing and advertising agency of record. "Jenn brings decades of experience in the financial and professional services industries spanning product management, strategy, technology and consumer marketing," said PNC chief communications and brand officer Amanda Rosseter.

Keith Landis

Xebia, a global IT consultancy and software development company, brings on Keith Landis, who previously spent over 16 years in a range of executive marketing posts at IBM, as its global CMO. Landis was most recently CMO at Persistent Systems and he has also served as VP, strategy & operations at Conduent Digital. Based out of Philadelphia, Landis will lead Xebia’s marketing globally. “His vast experience and proven expertise will play a pivotal role in effectively communicating our narrative and elevating our company's prominence among key markets,” said Xebia global CEO Anand Sahay.
