Dennis Mathew, CEO of LCE Newport Beach Info Tech, with Alex Ayzin, Winds of Freedom Foundation

Carson City, Nevada, June 2017 — Client Success Story of Southern Nevada.

Mr. Dennis Matthews, a serviced disabled veteran, founder and CEO of LCE Newport Beach Information Technology, Inc., formed his first company, LCE as a Doing Business As (DBA) in 1987 while working at Dow Jones/Wall Street Company as an Earth Station Technician. He would later form LCE Newport Beach Information Technology, Inc., in February 2011. LCE Newport Beach is located at 317 S. 6th St., Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Matthews graduated with Honors in Electrical Engineering, and served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps. The company specializes in technology, advanced telecommunications and construction.

One of Mr. Matthews' goals was to utilize his talents and skills to develop technology that can be used to bring people together all over the world. Mr. Matthews has spent his life's work improving technology and eventually created a way to set up computer networking and video conferencing. Agencies and companies that have benefited from Mr. Matthews' networking and video conferencing system include: the U.S. Army, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and U.S. Air Force.

In addition, LCE Newport Beach has subcontracted for International Business Machines (IBM), Citicorp, Unisys, and many other top fortune 500 companies and government agencies. One of the most exciting company achievements to date is the creation of a Global Communication Device (GCD) that is the conduit for a unified audio/video communication system that is being used to connect emergency first responders (firefighters and police) to situational headquarters (war rooms) on a unified secure network.

LCE Newport Beach has seen steady growth over the years and is poised to continue growing. In 2014, the company was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal with a base year and four option years (up to 5 years) to deliver research and development test, equipment, and material and supplies, including communications equipment. In May 2017, the company was awarded a contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in the amount of $14,995.00 to deliver medical surgical supplies.

The Nevada PTAC has been and continues to be a valuable partner in Mr. Matthews' success and his ability to win contracts. In addition to the bid matching system that routes solicitations directly to Mr. Matthews, Nevada PTAC provided sage contracting advice and counseling and had a direct impact on Mr. Matthews' ability to win contracts and continue his success.

We congratulate Mr. Matthews on his achievements and his success, and we wish him continued success in the future.
