Cleveland, OH…. DeLores Pressley, Founder of UP Woman is a motivational speaker and Personal Power Expert, who has answered the call from thousands of women in her audiences wanting more connection, camaraderie, and mentoring. "I created the UP Woman after feedback from female audiences attending keynote presentations and networking events," Pressley explains. The UP Woman is a venue for women to share a heart space through UP Woman Circles where experts facilitate personal and business growth, and women receive hands on information to apply directly towards their individual and professional lives, and commune with one another in a safe, non-judgmental, and creative setting. A plan to launch UP Woman circles throughout the US in 2012 is underway. UP Women Leaders will host the event, and DeLores Pressley will attend all events.
UP (Undeniably Powerful) Woman organization is a worldwide movement serving women for the purpose of supporting each other to develop and recognize their powerful value, and use the influence of their voices to achieve success through UP Woman Circles facilitated by business experts. At UP Woman events, experts are on hand in various areas of business and professional development to assist personal and professional growth.
"I find the ritual of women in circles to be a spiritually and emotionally powerful venue, where women can tap into and develop their personal and sacred identities, and learn to give themselves permission to bring all facets of their unique gifts, talents and skills to their workplace and careers. In UP Woman Circles, women are given permission to "show UP" and honor their unique gifts, talents and skills as women.
UP Woman circles facilitate women to tap into their authenticity and personal power so they can explore growth in all areas of their lives. I believe personal power is a gift that often goes unwrapped," said Pressley.
The launch of UP Woman took place November 12, 2011 in Cleveland, OH and included expert Renee Powell, one of the first African American Females to play on the LPGA Tour, who spoke on "Breaking Barriers in Life and Business." DeLores Pressley, Personal Power Expert spoke on "How to be an (UP) Undeniably Powerful Woman and Be Paid Your Worth in all Areas of Life"; and Cindy Earl, Social Media & Public Relations Expert who spoke on "Social Media Marketing in Just 20 Minutes a Day. "At the UP Woman launch, women were profoundly grateful and emotionally moved to find a platform where they could express their personal and professional needs, receive support and inspiration from mentors and leave with a plan of action to meet their goals," Pressley explains.
"We have a mission and a pledge. As an UP Woman, anything is possible," Pressley promises.
UP Woman Circles will be held bi-monthly in Cleveland. The next one will be held January 13, 2012.
