Pamela Robinson | Global Speaker & Corporate Trainer, Fusion Force LLC 

Pamela Robinson is a global speaker, corporate trainer, and leadership facilitator known as The Confidence Architect. With more than fifteen years of leadership experience across the Caribbean, Asia, and North America, including roles as a General Manager in five-star luxury hospitality, she has led multicultural teams through organizational change and elevated service culture across diverse industries. As the founder of Fusion Force, she blends leadership strategy, communication, psychology, and service excellence to help organizations strengthen culture, improve performance, and create meaningful employee and customer experiences. 

Her speaking portfolio spans leadership development, hospitality and service excellence, entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, career readiness, and motivational speaking. Marian Newsome | Founder & CEO, Ethical Tech Matters LLC

Marian Newsome is the Founder and CEO of ETM Consulting (Ethical Tech Matters LLC), an AI governance advisory firm specializing in defensible governance for high-consequence systems. She is one of fewer than 100 globally certified IEEE CertifAIed Lead Assessors worldwide, a credential requiring demonstrated technical competency in AI ethics and risk assessment. A three-time independent delegate to the UN Science Summit, she brings policy foresight to boardroom-level AI governance conversations. Drawing on 18 years of enterprise experience at Dell Technologies, including SCADA and critical infrastructure work, she advises eight AI startup boards across healthcare and consumer technology and is a member of the IEEE Standards Association. 

Her Triangle of Trust framework—combining certified competence, policy foresight, and vendor objectivity—is the foundation of ETM’s approach to AI governance in regulated industries. On stage, Marian translates complex risk, compliance, and accountability questions into practical decisions that protect people, organizations, and the board members responsible for both. Her core argument is that AI governance fails when boards treat it as paperwork instead of infrastructure, and that organizations willing to ask hard questions before deployment, rather than after an incident, turn compliance burden into competitive advantage.

Nicole Middendorf | CEO, NM Media 

Nicole Middendorf is a speaker, financial expert, and author of five books whose work spans two distinct but deeply personal areas: credible, practical advice in the financial services world and a compassionate voice for survivors of domestic abuse. She has been featured in Forbes Magazine and the Chicago Tribune, and is a familiar face in media nationwide. Her talks range from marketing and business growth, including her signature session on becoming a million-dollar producer, a milestone she reached herself by 2008, to relationships, self-understanding, and living life to the fullest. 

Nicole’s path in finance began at Morgan Stanley after earning her degree in International Business and Marketing from St. Cloud State University. In 2003, she branched out on her own, founding Prosperwell Financial. She is also the founder of the Nicole Middendorf Foundation and CEO of Nicole Middendorf Media. Her passion is empowering individuals to make crucial, positive changes in their own lives, grounded in the belief that we only have one life, so why limit yourself?
