Comedian and Keynote Speaker Jan McInnis says that she hasn't lost her temper much in this comedy business, but when she does, it's memorable! Here's a quick story of a time that she got so angry at the LAX Hilton parking garage manager.

"The hotel pulled a really bad trick on me, and I was furious," McInnis says. In fact she says that it makes her mad just thinking about it.
