Today marks the 60th anniversary of the Suicide Act in England - the law that criminalized assisted dying for terminally ill people. There are now Assisted Dying Bills coming in both the House of Lords and the ScottishParliament. On many occasions in the past such law reform has failed but  now public opinion has changed.
