Joele Frank represents Reinvent Technology Partners as the special purpose acquisition company completes a merger that results in Hippo Insurance Services becoming a public company with shares trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Headquartered in Palo Alto, Hippo markets home insurance in 37 states.

CEO Assaf Wand said the SPAC deal “showcases the tremendous progress we’ve made in our pursuit to revolutionize home insurance through the lens of the homeowner."

Hippo’s goal is to “modernize the home insurance industry and bring joy back into homeownership,” he said.

RTR is the firm of LinkedIn co-founder and Zynga founder Mark Pincus.

Joele Frank guided RTP’s merger with Joby Aviation, maker of electrical vertical takeoff/landing aircraft, earlier this year.

Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher’s Ed Trissel and Scott Bisang work on the RTR business, while Chis Mammone of the Blueshirt Group represents Hippo.
