I’m so looking forward to returning to SHRM Northern California Annual Conference, next week to present my new keynote “Recruit to Retain in the Age of AI: The Power of Human Connection.”
The recipe for success: AI + Humans => Retention.
October 6th? 1:45 pm
Westin St. Francis, San Francisco
Room: Elizabethan C/D
While I have spoken for SHRM and many SHRM chapters around the country, speaking at my home chapter is very meaningful to me.
I’m grateful to the entire conference team, especially our fearless Executive Director, Gina Ayllon. Gina has not only become a friend, she somehow keeps this very busy SHRM ship running smoothly. I think that may qualify as its own HR superpower.
With a theme of Grow, Connect, Lead, we’ll learn from powerful speakers and connect with face-to-face networking and even a Scavenger Hunt around San Francisco.
One of our conference highlights is a fireside chat with SHRM CEO Johnny C Taylor, to talk about “Leading the Future of Work.”
Speakers
And I get to share the conference with some terrific speaker friends and colleagues:
Rachel Sheerin, Emcee
Margaret Graziano
Madelyn Mackie
Dave Collins
Edie Goldberg
Learning Tracks
The learning tracks touch upon Workplace Culture & Human Connection, Leadership & Strategy, Legal & Compliance, and Talent & Total Rewards.
If you work in HR in Northern California, or you’re studying to become an HR professional, come join us. This is one of those conferences where the learning is excellent, but the conversations in the hallways are just as valuable.
