If you answered “False” to any of the questions, a customer service position may not be the best fit for you.

Customer service jobs are rewarding, but they can also be challenging and exhausting at times. It takes a person with a positive attitude, commitment to excellence, patience, and solid communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
