At one point or another, your daughter will?seek?revenge. Maybe she’s pushed by?someone?on the playground, or a classmate?cheats?from her test. No matter?the issue, she may want to?retaliate.
How do you navigate teaching your girl to stand up for what’s right while refraining from?“getting even?”
Teach your girl emotional coping skills like pausing in a frustrating moment, confiding in a trusted?adult,?and possibly the hardest part … praying for the person who wronged her. Take her to these words in Romans,?“Do not take revenge,?my dear friends?… ‘It is mine to avenge; I will repay says the Lord’”?
