Insurance Technology focus at Medicare Supplement conference

Technology is taking on added focus at the 2019 National Medicare Supplement Insurance Summit organized by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.

"This is a watermark year for the conference and the Medicare Supplement insurance industry," declares Jesse Slome, director of the Association and chief conference architect.  "Technology and innovation is changing every part of the landscape for the Medigap industry avenues that will be more greatly explored at this year's industry conference."

The Medicare Supplement industry conference takes place June 5-7, 2019 at the Marriott Marquis hotel.  The premier Medigap industry event brings together over 1,000 industry professionals.

"We are going to have a greater focus on technology and it's use by insurers who are marketing directly to consumers as well as by insurance distributors and insurance agents," Slome explains.  "Those who want to know the latest of what's taking place and who don't want to be left in a low-tech world will want to be in Atlanta."

The Association recently announced a special promotional code enabling first-time conference registrants a discounted registration.  To take advantage of the Association's April promotion, visit the conference website and enter the 200now in the Referral Code field when completing the online registration.  The discount applies to new registrations entered in April.

Conference details can be accessed via the Association's website at www.medicaresupp.org/medicare-conference-convention/.

The American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance and the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance advocate for the importance of planning and support insurance professionals nationwide.  Jesse Slome, founder and executive director of the organizations, is a leading consumer advocate and author of numerous consumer and professional guides focused on retirement and insurance planning that have been published by governmental agencies and private organizations.
