(December 22, 2010) Human Factor International Executive Coach & Managing Director Jeffrey Jones has been elected Vice President of the International Coach Federation's Hong Kong Chapter (ICFHK). Jeffrey's board position and involvement as a founding member of the Hong Kong Chapter further extend and enhance HFI's global network of coaching resources and demonstrates HFI's commitment to the market in Hong Kong and greater China, as well as the entire Asia Pacific region.

Jeffrey remarked, "The ICF Chapter in Hong Kong will play important role in raising awareness of Executive Coaching in an organizational context and, as important, raising standards of credentialing and quality in coaching. While ICF members have been present in Hong Kong for many years, the forming of the HK Chapter marks an important milestone in the coaching profession for the Asia Pacific region."

The ICFHK website explains, "The ICFHK Chapter is part of The International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest worldwide resource for professional coaches, and the key resource for those who are seeking a qualified coach. ICFHK is a Not for Profit organisation formed by professional coaches and members of the ICF based in HK.  Our members largely work across the fields of leadership and organisational development, change management & training, either as external consultants or within organisations.  Although based in HK our members coach and train Executives, Leaders, CEOs and Managers in HK, China, Asia and around the world.
