  • Establish clear and consistent expectations.

  • Encourage employees to hold each other accountable and engage them in group decision-making.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Establish a solid code of ethics.
  • Optimize onboarding strategies
  • Create comfortable working situations.
  • Provide training and career development opportunities.
