How Will the Bureau of Prisons Classify "Pharma Bro" Martin Shkreli?

Martin Shkreli, gained infamy for raising the price of a drug by more than 5,000 percent while CEO of a company known as Turing Pharmaceuticals. In an unrelated case, he was recently sentenced to a Federal prison term of 84 months for securities fraud. He mismanaged money and defrauded investors related to his hedge funds.
On the surface it appears Shkreli would be appropriate for a minimum security level facility where there are no fences and minimal supervision like other white collar criminals with a similar sentence. However, is Shkreli appropriate for such a placement with the behavior he exhibited while on bond? In September, 2017, a month after his conviction, Shkreli's 5 million dollar release bond was revoked and he has been locked up in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. It has been reported that Shkreli discussed his case on YouTube, harassed women online and offered his Facebook followers $5,000 for samples of Hillary Clinton's hair. The Judge said the offer made on Facebook "is a solicitation of assault". Shkreli's lawyers said he was only joking, however, the Judge was not buying it. As quoted by the Washington Post, the Judge stated "The fact that he continues to remain unaware of the inappropriateness of his actions or words demonstrates to me that he may be creating ongoing risk to the community".
Even if Shkreli scores as a minimum security level inmate, the Bureau of Prisons may determine there are security concerns which are not adequately reflected in the classification scheme. In circumstances where the offender represents a greater security risk than their assigned security level, the offender may be placed in an institution outside the normal guidelines. If Shkreli scores as minimum security, he could find himself in a low level facility behind a fence with much less freedom and correctional officers watching his every move.
