A lot of our work as coaches has to do with enabling our clients to get to know themselves as clearly as they can. This quote speaks to that.
Making friends with yourself is a powerful concept. When you think of your best friends, they’re your best friends because you LIKE them. And you LIKE them despite their faults and weaknesses.
When you get to a place that you’ve become friends with yourself, LIKING yourself for who you are, despite your faults and weaknesses, you have formed the base that can give you the confidence to forge ahead.
