Gerry Dworkin of Lifesaving Resources in Kennebunkport, Maine will conduct a Drowning Case Study Webinar for Personal Injury Attorneys on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 1 PM EST - 3 PM EST.

Gerry Dworkin is an experienced Forensics Expert in drowning and aquatic injury cases with over 450 cases to date.  Common practice for Gerry in all his cases is to develop a demonstrative exhibit for use during his deposition as well as at trial.

Gerry presents this case study via the use of his pre-trial demonstrative exhibit during which time he identifies the materials reviewed; gives a description of the incident, including video surveillance of the incident itself; describes the required state code, as well as the Standard of Care principles (Industry Standards) that should have been implemented; and then his opinions as to how the facility breached those standards resulting in the tragic drowning death of a 62-year-old patron.

This session should be of benefit to all personal injury attorneys, especially those engaged in drowning and/or aquatic injury litigation.

Note: The webinar will include several graphic videos of two drowning incidents.

Gerry regularly consults as an Aquatics Safety Forensics Expert and has consulted on over 450 cases to date.  He is a professional Aquatics Safety & Water Rescue Consultant for Lifesaving Resources (www.lifesaving.com) and responsible for the development and conduct of training programs for the Public Safety & Rescue, as well as the Lifeguard & Aquatic Recreation Sectors.  Gerry has conducted training programs throughout the U.S., as well as Internationally.
