1. Courting the Virgin Queen: Queen Elizabeth I And Her Suitors by Carol Ann Lloyd

This book details how Elizabeth I’s lifelong courtships, starting from infancy, were primarily political tools she used to manage foreign alliances and English courtiers, ultimately choosing to remain the “Virgin Queen” and devote herself entirely to England.
