FIABCI-USA President Eugenia Foxworth Signs Memorandum of Understanding with AREAA Global

FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, for 70 years provides access and opportunity for real estate professionals interested in gaining knowledge, sharing information and conducting international business with each other. Created in 1951 in Paris, France as a non-for-profit organization, FIABCI is represented in about 70 countries through about 50 national and multinational chapters with their direct members. FIABCI holds a special consultative status at ECOSOC of United Nations and has strong commitment to UN's SDGs and to the world sustainable urban development.

Founded in 2003, the Asian American Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) is a national nonprofit trade organization dedicated to improving the lives of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community through homeownership. AREAA is dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and real estate professionals that serve this dynamic market. III. AREAA Global is a for-profit corporation, wholly owned by the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). AREAA Global was established to support its members and their clients' appetite for real estate investment opportunities throughout the United States, Canada, and around the world.

FIABCI-USA is a national chapter of FIABCI covering the territory of the United States of America. FIABCI-USA offers a variety of programs and events throughout the year to help its members grow their international business and global network.

Through this non-binding Memorandum, the parties affirm the value of national and international collaboration and agree to endeavor to exchange information in the general field of real estate, promote professionalism in the real estate industry, provide benefits to the parties' members, and other mutual benefits.
