She joined SBS as a Manager when the company was founded and quickly advanced through senior roles before assuming her current position.Under Nikhila’s leadership, SBS has seen strong revenue growth, with revenues increasing by more than 125% between 2022 and 2024. This reflects a period of significant expansion for a company of its size.She has also focused on improving efficiency and maintaining compliance in a heavily regulated sector. This includes managing customer and regulatory audits, as well as anticipating changes in industry requirements.In addition, Nikhila’s approach to leadership emphasizes both performance and employee development.
