July 29, 2015 – The Presentation Excellence Group, a leading resource center for strategic leadership and business development services, today announced that its Chairman, Jerry Cahn, PhD, JD, will present at NYC's Executive Breakfast Club meeting on July 31, 2015 at 8:00AM. The title of the presentation is "Are You Ready for Exponential Thinking and 10X Growth?"

 

The Executive Breakfast Club nurtures a select group of CEOs who focus on the big picture and want to make a difference in society. Members include CEOs, Presidents, and Managing Directors of $5M - $1B companies. These by-invitation-only meetings take place on the final non-holiday-related Friday of each month.

Dr. Cahn's presentation is focused on helping attendees understand and adopt the principles behind such exponential organizations as Airbnb, Uber, Waze and Quirky, to help their companies grow faster. The concept of exponential thinking – the use of new organizational techniques that leverage accelerating technologies and non-owned assets to have a disproportionately large (10X) impact or output has been popularized by Salim Ishmail, author of Exponential Organizations, and 10X advocates including Peter Diamandis, Peter Thiel and Elan Musk.

"Most leaders don't realize that the incredible growth rate of the highly visible exponential organizations is built on principles, some of which may be applicable to their own companies," observed Dr. Cahn. "Ishmail describes the techniques that many 10X organizations are using and identifies large, established companies in the consumer products, insurance, publishing, and other industries who are adopting some. Recognizing that these principles can be adopted by small and mid-size firms, we've created an educational workshop to help leaders adopt exponential thinking to spur growth.
