Here is further proof that Jack Martin was insane, and totally lacking in credibility. He actually told the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) that Jim Garrison was framed by John Dean, of Watergate fame.

Here is the first outside contact report from a meeting between the HSCA and Jack Martin:

There were at least two more discussions with Jack Martin. I am not sure why they bothered. We'll be posting them in future posts.
