Customers to Speak at 2012 Summit on Customer Engagement

 A panel of three customers from one of the most dynamic technology firms in the world will talk about "Why We Advocate" on February 29 in San Mateo at the 2012 Summit on Customer Engagement.

"Attendees will learn--straight from the horses' mouths so to speak--what it takes to attract passionate customer advocates," says Bill Lee, Executive Director of the Summit, "and they'll learn what sorts of things such rock star customers are willing to do for you in return."

Now in its eight year, the Summit will provide it's most powerful content yet to attendees.
