Gerald Musarra is a lawyer and government affairs professional. During his government career, he held legal and policy positions as an Honors Attorney in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), and the White House National Space Council. He authored the regulations that established the first framework for authorizing US commercial space transportation activities and served as the Space Council’s Senior Director for International Space Policy. After leaving government service, Gerald joined Lockheed Martin and became the Vice President for Government and Regulatory Affairs, where he managed a diverse portfolio of tax, trade, and regulatory issues, as well as the Corporation’s advocacy interests in major trade associations. Gerald is the current President of the GeorgeTown Club and has served on the boards for the Washington Literacy Center and Cultural DC. Gerald is a graduate of Georgetown College, New York University, and the Georgetown University Law Center. Gerald and his partner are long-time residents of the East Village.
