Hill House is coming to town.

Out: Take Care

Becky Waddell’s health and beauty oasis, a curated shop and holistic spa on Wisconsin Avenue, officially closed April 26. While they pack up this week, be quick to stop by for some deals and well wishes.

Waddell told her patrons: “After nine wonderful years at 1338 Wisconsin, take care is beginning a new chapter —one that transitions Take Care from brick and mortar to fully online. Like many small businesses in our area, we’ve felt the real shifts in our local economy. Combined with some significant life changes for my own family, the time felt right to close our physical doors and open new ones to my vision for fully online store.

“This wasn’t a decision I made lightly or easily. but I’m genuinely excited by the space this change will give me to be more present and focused on helping you care for your skin and your rituals in more thoughtful and intentional ways. The shop may be changing form, but the care behind it isn’t going anywhere.”
