Last week I had so much fun presenting to a large defense contractor and innovator in health solutions, through an All-ERG (Employee Resource Group) collaboration.
We not only talked about banishing burnout through the tools in my

…but also we talked about all the fun ways we like to move more:
- Biking outside
- Hiking
- One of those new bungee studio classes
- Zumba, of course
- Tai Chi
- Swimming, “the fountain of youth”
…and self-care activities to release stress at the end of the day:
- Deep breathing
- Meditation
- Talking to a friend or a professional
- Fun time with friends
- Rage room
- Hugging a baby
- Time alone
…and fun hobbies, like quilting or scrapbooking, especially in a group setting.
Everyone was so engaged. We had people joining from all over the US and Europe.
